What is the duck ID for the University of Oregon? ›

Your Duck ID is used to log into UO online services such as My Housing and Webmail. Your Duck ID is the beginning of your UO student email. For example, if your UO email is housing@uoregon.edu, your Duck ID is housing.

UO E-mail Accounts

If you are new to the University of Oregon, you can claim your e-mail account by visiting the Duck ID identity management. If you are having issues logging into your e-mail account, you may need to speak with the Technology Service Desk to reset your password.

Obtain Your UO ID Number

All students and staff at the University of Oregon are issued a UO ID number to identify their Banner records. The UO ID number is a generated identification number that is nine-digits in length and begins with the numbers "95". This number is printed on the UO ID card.

Capitalizing on his friendship with Disney cartoonist Mike Royer, Oregon athletic director Leo Harris met Disney and reached an informal handshake agreement that granted the University of Oregon permission to use Donald as its sports mascot, naming him Donald Duck.

For the 2024-25 Oregon Athletics Season, UO students will have to purchase tickets to football and basketball games. With the Duck Sports Pass, UO students will get priority access to claiming football and basketball tickets for only $150. STUDENTS WILL STILL HAVE TO CLAIM TICKETS ONLINE THE SUNDAY BEFORE EACH EVENT.

Students have a right to sleep and study in their residence halls. Therefore, disruptive or loud noise is prohibited. Minimum quiet hours are Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., and Friday and Saturday, midnight to 10:00 a.m. Modified Quiet Hours will be in place before and during finals.
